Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee or exchange for a product of equal value for anyone who is not fully satisfied with their purchase.  Returns are subject to the condition the items are returned in.  Items will not be refunded or eligible for exchange if they have been used, damaged, or tags removed. 10%-15% restocking fee may apply.  After 30 days from date of purchase the buyer will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by CLOKWORQ.

 

Returns must be shipped back using a reliable shipping service such as UPS or Fedex and provide a tracking number.
